Simple Green Smoothie Recipe For Breakfast

Did your mother always told you
“Breakfast is the most importantmeal of the day!” ??

She was right!

If you skip breakfast, you may feel tired and you’ll be more likely to eat shitty food later in the day…

Because we don’t want it to happen (no no no!)…
i’ll share with you my smoooothidelicious breakfast!

This breakfast will keep you sharp & energized throughout the day!

Here’s the recipe

The ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 0.5 cup berries (frozen as well)
  • 1 tbsp flex seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 cups leafy greens (Kale, Collard greens, spinach, Arugula)
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.3 cup almond/soy milk (without sugar)

Then I simply blend it all together in a blender. simple.
