I'm a BIG advocate of yoga and decided to go on a mission -
To inspire as much people as possible to practice yoga.

When I started to practice yoga, I simply followed what my yoga teacher said and that's it.
Now, after I fell in love with yoga, I started investigating and learning about the deeper, more profound benefits of the different yoga poses I practice every day.
